Tony Cariati is the newest addition to our firm,
joining Blakeney, Henneberry, Murphy in the spring of 2007.
His practice includes motor vehicle accident claims,
accident benefits, and occupier's liability. He specializes
in claims involving building and home inspections and
construction related losses.
Tony has extensive experience in the Ontario Court
(Provincial Division), and has worked exclusively in the
area of civil litigation since his call to the Ontario Bar.
Tony has conducted numerous motions and Small Claims Court
trials.
Prior to practicing law, Tony co-founded a business
manufacturing residential & commercial railings and
material-handling loading equipment. He assisted in
conceptualizing a new aluminum railing system, and conducted
destructive stress tests on products to ensure Ontario
Building Code compliance.
Tony graduated from York University in 2002 with a
Specialized Honours B.A. in Political Science, and earned
his LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2005. He was called
to the Ontario Bar in 2006.
